This is a great sauce for veggies, salads, or even air fried chips. No oil or salt was harmed.
- Blend the cashews with about 1/2 cup of water (or more if you want a thinner sauce), until smooth
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend more
This requires a high speed blender. If you don't have one, you can soak the cashews in hot water for 15 minutes or so. It may not be as creamy though.
