Yet Another Hummus Recipe

Making hummus is so inexpensive, I have no idea why people buy it in the store.

  • Pressure cooker
  • Food Processor


  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups Garbanzo Beans
  • ½ cup aquafaba see notes
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1 juice of lemon or more if you like it
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground paprika
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste


  • Drop garlic in food processor and chop fine.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
  • That's it. Enjoy!


I use my food processor for this, but it can also be made in a vitamix etc.
